[We open up on a busy street as cars are zooming by and the crowd of people scurrying through the streets looks more determined on getting somewhere than usual. The camera moves in between two local shops to show an alleyway but instead of being your typical dark alley, this one is busy as voices are filling the alley as well as light from cellphones and nearby garbage cans with small fires rising out of them, some even have the less fortunate huddled around them, not for warmth but just for street talk amongst the usual as it is a nightly routine for some of these folk.]
[The crowd begins to hush down suddenly and we see Salvation’s own Preacher come into sight. He holds a red leather book in hand matching is usual red clergy suit. Preacher nods to a few in the crowd as he finally reaches the middle of the crowd and suddenly elevates above them by stepping up on a few stacked wooden crates, looking as if he is preaching the word like they did in the old days. Preacher opens his book and begins to speak to the crowd in only the way he can.]
Preacher: Ladies…Gentleman…our Lord and Savior, Nemesis says unto you all; “This is my blood that will procure your Salvation; it is shed for many, yet the blood of my rivals will be poured for you to bask in!”
[A quick hush falls upon the once quiet crowd surrounding Preacher causing him to look up from his book. Directly ahead of him, the crowd begins to split open and standing there patting his signature bat in his hand is Dick Devereaux with a sick smile on his face. Realizing that bad intentions may be at hand, the crowd now begins to back away and scurry out of the alley leaving just Dick Devereaux and Preacher standing there, staring at each other.]
Preacher: Wh-what do you plan on doing Devereaux?
[Dick Devereaux smiles sadistically.]
Dick Devereaux: I plan on sendin’ a fuckin’ message!
[A look of terror falls upon Preacher’s face as Devereaux begins to move in and the camera shows the shadow of Dick Devereaux raising his bat. Just as we see Devereaux’s shadow swing for Preacher’s body we cut back to the DC Armory.]
:: welcome to the show ::
[The previous scene slowly fades out, and then there is a moment of darkness. The Union Battleground logo slowly fades in and out in a rhythmic pulse synchronized with deep thuds of a heart beat. The view distorts and scratches out into darkness again. Then suddenly a countdown begins…]

[As "Fuel" by Metallica kicks in to overdrive, we open up with a montage of some of the biggest moments in Union Battleground's short history. We see Dick Devereux laying countless Pipe Bombs on to Dragasha Omega in the L!GHTS OUT #1 main event; we see Hannah Kristiansen cutting a promo during her open challenge debut; we see the formation of Salvation at the Fallout PPV; we see Emery Layton winning the Trench War Championship with The Prikasa;
we see The Outliers crowd surfing down at the Pico Rivera Arena at L!GHTS OUT #4.]
[Then we see a quick cut compilation of Nigel Crane laying out Maverick and then showing him destroying Jason Bourne's knee and then a split screen of both of them wheeled out on stretchers; we see a quick cut compilation of some of the biggest spots during Trixie and Anton Chase's ladder match at Fallout; and finally we see a quick cut compilation of Dick Devereux and Tweeder each hoisting the Union Battleground Championship during their two PPV main event bouts. An explosion engulfs the screen as we transition to the arena.]
[Luke Knux and the Scumbag Society are finishing up one of their hit songs as the camera angles pan all throughout the arena. As Knux finishes off his solo and bringing the song to a close, a huge fireworks display ignites and lights up the entire arena like a supernova! We now finally venture over to the broadcast booth to start the show.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the season finale of L!GHTS OUT! I am your host "The Doctor" Dante Reed, and alongside me is my cesspool of a partner, "Diamond" Dick Thrasher!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - Wow, that was harsh! Fair... But harsh! Dante, this is it, buddy. The final L!GHTS OUT, number sixteen. I can't believe it, seems like just yesterday we were paired up for the first time in Mexicali in that bullring, and now, we are here at the DC Armory in the nation's capital!
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Folks we have an exciting show in store for you all and I'm going to run right through it real quick. We have ANOTHER debut match with Axton Pierce taking on Anton Chase! We've got Trixie back in singles action as she takes on Kimitsu Zombie, we have the semifinals match in the Battalion Championships Tournament, and our headliner we have Trench War Champion Emery Layton set to defend her title against Xion Ben-Judah!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - So much at stake here tonight, and so much build to our season finale, Coup de Grâce! I'm so excited I may pass out! Dante, get me my heart pills!

[A few seconds into Citizen by Northlane, and out from the back comes Axton Pierce. Standing on the stage, he breathes in the atmosphere of the crowd, he wipes his hand down his face, then proceeds to walk towards the ring.]
Mike “Drop” Dempsey - The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Liverpool, England, weighing in at 190 pounds, making his Union Battleground debut, “The Bruiser from the Pool” Axton Pierce!
[Walking to one side of the ring, he climbs atop the apron and into the ring. He walks towards the nearest corner and climbs onto the turnbuckles, standing tall while looking out at the crowd. He lifts his arm, connecting the thumb and index finger into a circle, and holding the other fingers relaxed in the air. He comes down, as the music fades and awaits the ringing of the bell.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – This marks the in-ring debut here for Axton pierce in the Battleground!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – And he’s gotta face “The Wrestling God” Anton Chase?? Good luck kid!
Mike “Drop” Dempsey – And his opponent, from Los Angeles, California, weighing in at 210 lbs., he is "The Wrestling God"…Anton Chase!

NIGHTFALL AND THE DAY BEGINS,
I NEED THE BRIGHT CITY LIGHTS AS I START TO DESCEND

[As "How We Roll" by Hollywood Undead blasts over the PA system, white smoke fills the entrance and two people are seen behind the white smoke. The first person steps forward in front of the white smoke revealing "The Wrestling God" Anton Chase as the second person emerges behind him, which is his manager Chris Wood. Anton Chase makes his way down the ramp, with a cocky smile on his face and his arms out at the side with Chris Wood following behind him. Chase climbs in the ring and then climbs the second ropes and puts one hand up in the air, and stares off as he awaits his opponent while Chris Wood takes his position outside the ring.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – This should be a good one folks but newcomer Axton Pierce has stiff competition in Anton Chase tonight!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – STIFF! HA! But seriously, I expect Anton to get back into the win column tonight Reed!
[Joe Murray calls for the bell starting the match and it starts with the two men lock up in the center of the ring. Pierce gets Chase in a headlock and takes him down to the mat. Chase stands himself up and elbows Pierce in the gut to get free. Chase hits Pierce in the head with some big right hands and then takes him down with a hard lariat.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed - Anton Chase has started out good here!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher - Starting to show the Rook how it’s done!
[Pierce gets up but Chase grabs him by the hair and tosses him into the corner. Chase starts assaulting Pierce in the corner with hard rights and lefts then follows up with a big clothesline into the corner. Chase runs at Pierce again but this time Pierce springs up from the corner and hits Chase with a big running STO. Chase gets up but Pierce hits him with rights until Chase takes refuge on the ropes. Axton Pierce starts hitting Anton Chase with a boxing combo while Chase struggles against the ropes. Pierce irish whips Chase and when Anton comes back Pierce hits him with a tilt-a-whirl slam.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Axton Pierce has now begun to swing momentum in his favor!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – It’s just a hiccup in Chase’s game plan Dante!
[Pierce goes to pick Chase up but Anton kicks him in the head. Axton Pierce is taken back and Chase springs into action by booting Pierce in the gut and then hits him with a Russian Leg Sweep. Axton struggles on the mat as Chase now proceeds to stomp him out.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Anton Chase is showing his vicious side here as he stomps away at the newcomer Axton Pierce
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – By any means necessary Dante, you heard Anton, the year hasn’t started how he wanted it to and so he’s going to end it how he wants to!
[Chase picks Pierce up and scoops him up but Pierce drops off Chase’s shoulders and hits Anton Chase with a big uppercut. Axton Pierce now hits Anton with another combo of right’s and left’s until Chase finally hits the mat. Pierce then takes advantage and locks Chase in a camel clutch.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Pierce is going for a submission hold here!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – No way he gets “The Wrestling God” to tap out here!
[Just then Chase struggles but manages to get out of the hold and hurry up to his feet. He boots Pierce in the gut and then goes for a DDT but Pierce gets Chase into an armhold, then into a headlock and then finally hits him with a brainbuster. Pierce goes down and hooks the far leg of Anton Chase.]

KICKOUT!
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Chase manages to get a shoulder up!
[Pierce picks Chase up but Chase throws a right to the gut of Axton Pierce. Chase gets up and tries for another right hand but Pierce ducks it and comes back with a big headbutt, knocking Chase down to the mat. When Chase gets up Pierce hits him with a German Suplex causing Chase to writhe on the mat in pain. Chase now rolls out of the ring and tries to recover. Pierce follows him outside but Chase was playing possum and charges him with a forearm that connects.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Anton was just waiting on Pierce to follow him to the outside!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – It’s called veteran awareness Dante!
[Chase grabs Pierce and lifts him back to his feet and irish whips him hard into the apron as Joe Murray has begun the count. Chase comes back in but now Pierce nails him with rights and lefts to the gut, grabs him by the hair and tosses him in, following right behind. Pierce now picks up Chase and goes to hit him with another German Suplex but Chase flips and lands on his feet. Pierce gathers himself, pops back up and Chase is waiting for him with a cracking Superkick that drops Pierce to the mat.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – What a Superkick from Anton Chase!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – Cover him Anton!
[As if Chase hears Thrasher screaming out, he falls down and makes the cover with Joe Murray in position to make the count.]

“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Pierce managed to kickout!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – How!?!
[Both men now get up, Chase first, so he takes advantage by booting Pierce in the gut and then kicks him in the face, followed by slapping the back of his head. Chase now bounces off the ropes and runs at Axton Pierce, attempting to hit a clothesline but Pierce ducks it. Pierce propels Chase against the opposing ropes and he bounces off of them, picking up speed. He goes to clothesline Pierce again but yet again, Pierce evades it and this time, waits for Chase to get up from falling flat on his face and as Chase turns towards Axton Pierce he is absolutely flattened with a vicious Spin Kick.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – BLACKOUT! This could be it!
[Pierce once again hooks Chase’s far leg as Joe Murray makes the pin.]

[Mama By Sukekiyo begins to play as smoke consumes the arena floor. The lights go out and Kira comes out from the back. He has his FIW World Tag Team Championship and MFHS Japanese HorrorWeight Tag Team Championship hanging from his neck. He has his MFHS Japanese HorrorWeight Championship and AWF Prestige Championship around his waste. He creeps down to the ring before he grabs a mic and enters.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - What on Earth is he doing here tonight?
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - I don't know, Dante, but we're about to find out! And look, he's got some bling on him!
Kira:Oh, you may have noticed I've garnered a collection these past few months. And Izumi Sato! You are the last prize I want... The last prize I need! Hey Sato~Chan! We have this big show coming up, I don't know if you knew or anything, but how 'bout it? Ne?Ne?! NE?!
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Hasn't he done enough to her? He's hospitalized her parents, and has constantly put her through hell since debuting in the Battleground!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - He's a psychopath! He doesn't know when to quit!
[He start to scream repeatedly. he looks back and forth at the crowd with wide eyes.]
Kira:Oh yeah... the m-match right? right?! RIGHT?! t-the match!? yes... the match I propose is two out of three falls... NO! n-no DQ! Sou-Sound g-good with you? sound fair?! I mean if you don't accept I can always make you...
[He starts to crack his knuckles and adjust his belts.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Oh come on now! He's already decimated her in a Japanese Deathmatch, and now he wants a two out of three falls match?
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - I told you, psychopath!
Kira:So do you accept this one last battle? This final count down!? If you need more incentive, than how about this?
[he points towards his mask and smiles.]
Kira:How 'bout I put this here mask on the line? The darkness for your soul. For your vessel. We both have stakes that the other can not just ignore! SO Sato~Chan! what 'bout it? Two walk in, one walks out and both will never be the same AGAIN! So Sato~Chan! are you ready? do you accept? My name is Kira Izumi, and it's going to be a pleasure torturing you at Coup De Grace!
[He spikes the mic into the mat and begins to laugh. As he does this the lights shut off and when they come back on Kira's no where to be seen.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Well folks, Izumi Sato has never backed down from a challenge, but what's there to prove at this point?
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - She's got everything to prove now, Dante! Kira just put his mask on the line, the one thing that he believes in more than anything else. The one thing that he believes gives him the strength, knowledge, and power. How could she say no?
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - I guess you're right... But for now, let's switch gears as we're ready for Trixie versus Kimitsu Zombie, NEXT!

[Sayonara, Perfect World blares out and Kimitsu Zombie darts out of the entrance way in her bosozoku uniform. She holds her arms up and screams with her tongue out then struts to the ring where she climbs a turnbuckle and repeats the yell. She jumps down into the ring to wait.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Kimitsu Zombie looks to get back on track here against Trixie after falling to Xion Ben-Judah in their number one contender’s match for the Trench War Title on our last episode!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – It won’t be easy against a chick like Trixie, she doesn’t just know her way around the bedroom, she knows her way around a wrestling ring too!
Mike "Drop" Dempsey – And her opponent…standing at 5'6" tall and representing “Beautiful Storm”…Trixie!

I'M ON MY SECOND DRINK, BUT I'VE HAD A FEW BEFORE

[Trixie comes out, and does a twirl to bend over and showcase her firm apple bottom to the crowd while showing off her Trixie Championship. She then turns around to flaunt her ring attire and bites her finger as she pauses on stage. She starts walking in a straight line down the ramp to really sway her hips and get the attention of the guys in the crowd, blowing kisses at the guys and enjoying the jealousy of the girls in the crowd. She steps onto the apron and gyrates her hips while raising the Trixie Championship, before stepping into the ring very slowly to allow all the photos to be taken, then stepping fully in and giving a playful wink to the referee as she sits on the corner with the belt draped over her shoulder.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Trixie too is looking to “right the ship” in the Battleground as her and Tornado had a surprising early exit in the Battalion Championships Tournament against The Firing Squad!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – A lot of people are wondering whether they’ve lost their momentum as a team Dante, they started off so strong in the first ever strictly Union Battleground Tag team Match against Salvation but since then, haven’t quite lived up to expectations!
[Franklin Dean motions for the bell as Zombie doesn’t hesitate and charges directly at Trixie, sweeping her feet out from behind her with her arms, mounting her and throwing stiff right and left forearms that at first Trixie takes because she is caught off guard but eventually get her arms up and starts blocking the forearms. Trixie uses a desperation tactic by grabbing Kimitsu by the hair and flinging her off. Trixie rushes over herself to take advantage of Zombie in a prone position, reaches for her right arm and attempts an armbar that Zombie quickly fights her way out of. Both women get back to their quickly and once again get back at each other with a lock up which eventually Trixie gets Zombie into a headlock. Zombie uses her force and pushes Trixie off of her into the ropes, Trixie bounces off and attempts a clothesline that Zombie ducks, Trixie bounces off of the opposite ropes and walks right into a beautifully delivered Pele kick from Kimitsu Zombie that drops Trixie to the mat.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – What an exchange! And what a Pele kick by Kimitsu Zombie!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – Did you see the way Trixie’s ti--…I mean head bounced when she hit the mat?!?
[Zombie moves back in with a few nasty stomps all over the head of Trixie as fast as she can. She stops and as Trixie clutches her head in pain, Zombie pulls her up by the hair. Zombie sets Trixie up, takes a few steps back and then runs, delivering jumping double knees to Trixie’s chest sending her into the corner turnbuckle. With Trixie slumped in the corner, Zombie runs, steps up to the second turnbuckle and smacks Trixie’s chin with a lifting knee that sends Trixie’s head snapping back and then her body slumping down to the mat against the bottom turnbuckle.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – What a vicious knee to Trixie’s face by Kimitsu Zombie there!
[Zombie again backs up, funs full force and now hits Trixie in the face again, this time with a front dropkick. Zombie gets up, looks down at Trixie and yells]
Kimitsu Zombie - “Let’s see how pretty that little face is when I’m done with it!”
[Trixie tries to get back to her feet but Zombie slaps her in the face, sending her back down to the mat in the corner. Zombie then grabs onto the ropes and starts delivering another set of vicious stomps to Trixie who has now balled up, trying to shield herself. Zombie again stomps and walks around the ring playing to the crowd, giving off the impression that this isn’t much work for her.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Kimitsu is having her way right now with Trixie!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – Lucky girl, eh Dante?
[Zombie moves back in, grabbing Trixie by the hair but this time, Trixie is waiting for her, as she rises to her knees and starts delivering right forearm after right forearm until Zombie let’s go of her hair and stumbles back. Trixie gets up, hits the ropes right behind her and comes flying off with a leaping forearm smash that flattens Zombie back out onto the mat.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Trixie fighting back to gain some momentum here!
[Trixie brings Zombie up to her feet and goes to irish whip her into the corner but Zombie reverses sending Trixie into the corner. Zombie charges and is met with a lifted boot by Trixie that once again has Zombie stumbling backwards. Trixie now runs out of the corner, leaps and lands a picture perfect dropkick that sends Zombie flying across the ring. Trixie gets back to her feet quickly, heading towards Zombie who is landing on her stomach still from that dropkick. Trixie grabs Zombie by the hair and begins bringing her up to her feet but Zombie throws a few shots to Trixie’s stomach causing her to let go and step back. Zombie then comes in with a wild haymaker that Trixie ducks, spins Kimitsu around and absolutely levels her with a Split Legged Hangman Neckbreaker.]
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – Now that’s a Sexy Neckbreaker Dante!
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – She could have Zombie here Dick!
[Trixie rolls Kimitsu over into a pin, hooking the leg as Franklin Dean begins the count.]

[Trixie takes a moment to cope with her disbelief but once again, gets back on the attack by mounting Zombie quickly to deliver a few right hands. She then pulls Zombie to her feet, along with herself by the sides of her head and in one fluid motion drops Zombie back down with a Double Knee Jawbreaker. Trixie looks to the corner and then heads over, climbing to the very top but signaling for Zombie to get up.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Trixie looks like she is going to go high risk here!
[As Zombie gets to her feet, Trixie waits a moment a flies off with her arm extended for a clothesline, but that moment’s hesitation allowed Zombie to calculate her move and she counters with a devastating Axe Kick that Trixie’s flies right into, unable to avoid, knocking her flat onto her back with a sick thud.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – BANZAI GOD KICK! Trixie jumped off the top right into it!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – She may have cleaned her clock with that one Reed!
[Zombie quickly follows up with the cover.]

[Zombie slumps off of Trixie’s body after the failed pin attempt as the fans cheer in anticipation for this match continuing on.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – I can’t believe Trixie kicked out of that Banzai God Kick!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – She’s more than just a great set of T & A Dante!
[Zombie gets up first, followed slowly by Trixie and the two once again meet in the center of the ring. Trixie throws a right, followed by a right of Kimitsu’s own with this continuing on back and forth for a good five or six shots until finally Trixie puts her guard down, allowing Kimitsu to attempt a roundhouse kick that Trixie now herself ducks. Kimitsu Zombie stumbles around, then turns back to Trixie who has been tapping her right leg, lining her up, takes a shuffle step forward and throws a Spicy Superkick that Kimitsu manages to catch at the last split second and then hooks the caught leg, brings Trixie in by the neck closer and nails a massive Fisherman Swinging Neckbreaker right dead smack in the middle of the ring.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Trip To The Grave by Kimitsu Zombie! Trixie could be out for good!
[Zombie lays on top of Trixie as Franklin Dean jumps down to the mat to make the count.]

:: his arrival nears ::
[The lights in the arena all drop to total blackness. From the entrance ramp, lining both sides of the aisle, small children holding candles begin to descend upon the outskirts of the ring and the aisle forming quite the spooky picture. Each child has their face painted white, a black X between their eyebrows, and black around the eyes. A voice begins to [i]speak[/i].]
???: "He comes for not one of you but all...of you. His arrival will be announced with trumpets as the hounds of hell claim victory in HIS name. History will be written with the blood of the condemned. Then He will burn any and all of your heroes before your eyes."
[The lights in the arena begin to flicker. A man with long hair and a long coat stands in the middle of the ring. The children begin to sing.]
"One...Two..
He's coming for you.
Three...Four...
Better lock your doors
Fix...Six...
Grab your crucifix
Seven...Eight...
He comes through Hell's Gate
Nine...Ten...
You'll all burn for them..."
[The lights drop again, the children can be heard blowing out their candles, and everything is normal again as the lights burn brightly as they were before the strange events.]

[The arena goes dark as the off and on again style beginning of “El Phantasmo And The Chicken Run Blast-O-Rama” by White Zombie begins, when the song consistently hits it’s rhythm before the vocals kick in, the entrance way is engulfed in a deep, dark red spotlight with smoke seeping out of the ramp and entrance way. From the thick smoke emerges Sinister first with Camila Martinez right behind. The blood red spotlight illuminates the two as they pause for a moment at the top of the ramp. The two finally make their way towards the ring, Sinister keeping focused on his opponents ahead and Camila evilly playing the crowd. The two make their way to ringside and climb onto the apron. Sinister holds the ropes for Camila to climb in, while he stays on the apron. The arena lights come back on, and they await for theit opposition.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Here we go, Dick! The two representing the strongest force in Union Battleground right now, Camila Martinez and her, what I would call "dark mentor", Sinister are just one win away to go on to Coup de Grâce and face The Outliers for the Battalion Championships.
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - Salvation is primed to take over this business. They have showed that they will do whatever it takes to make their message heard loud and clear. Whether it be their signature smoke screens, hostage situations, ambushes, crucifixion, or an old fashioned burning at the stake! These guys are not to be messed with, Dante!

["Youth of America" by Birdbrain plays through the PA system as the arena lights dim down slightly. A dull spotlight shines on the stage, and methodically Rumble Reyes walks out to the stage, followed by his partner Noah Reigner. The crowd gives them a mixed reaction, but it's mostly boos.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - And now, the team representing the San Diego promotion, The Firing Squad make their way!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - Look at the size of Rumble Reyes. I think he's about the only competitor in the Battleground that sizes up to Sinister. This should be a great bout!
[Both men reach the ring and climb up. Rumble keeps locked in on his opponents on the apron while Reigner stretches out using the ropes from the inside.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Indeed both teams showcase similar styles with each other. Reigner and Martinez are more technical savvy fighters while Reyes and Sinister are straight up brutish brawlers.
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - It's looking like the mat mechanics are going to kickstart this match with Reigner staying in the ring and Martinez is loosening up.
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - I believe that's the case, Dick. Our referee for this Battalion Championships semifinals match will be Senior Official Bruce O'Neal. He checks off with each opponent one last time and he calls for the bell! This match is under way!
[DING!]
[Camila and Noah waste little time as the two begin to enclose on each other in the center of the ring. The two circle around to try and gain a vantage point, then suddenly clash together with a collar and elbow tie up. Noah goes to the offensive with an arm wrench, and reels back to bring Martinez up on her toes. Camila counters with a couple back elbows to the face, then cartwheels around to free herself from the pressure. Camila throws a couple quick stiff kicks to the midsection, then spins around for an arm wrench of her own. Camila evades back elbow attempts from Reigner, and quickly jumps on his back and goes for a choke hold. Noah Reigner quickly retaliates with a snapmare, and drives a sharp knee between Camila's shoulder blades. Camila squalls out in pain and rolls around the mat as Reigner arrogantly plays to the crowd.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Reigner and Martinez starting things off fast right out the gate!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - Reigner seems to have gotten the early edge, but expect Camila to veer back.
[As Reigner continues to showboat, Camila quickly makes her way to her corner. Just as she's about to tag in Sinister, Reigner catches her with a broomstick sweep kick, knocking her off her feet. Noah quickly drags her back to the center of the ring and locks in his signature cloverleaf!]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Reigner has got Camila in the NOAH-leaf Clover!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - His arrogance just about cost him a one-on-one session with "The Soul Collector", but instead he's got Mila wrapped up center stage!
[Before Reigner can do much damage, Sinister steps over the top rope and drops Reigner with a big boot to the temple! This causes "Rumble" Reyes to step in and he charges the painted warrior like a raging bull! The bodyguard of Mikey Svarro collides into Sinister with a devastating discuss lariat and both big men tumble between the ropes and land out to ringside. Back in the ring, Camila goes in the offensive and mounts Reigner. She begins dropping vicious punches and hammer fists as Noah attempts to block them. Mila is able to land several clean shots before Reigner bridges out and escapes between her legs. Both fighters are now to their feet and begin trading off blows back-and-forth. Reigner lunges in and clutches Martinez with another collar and elbow tie up and quickly whips her across the ring. On the return, Reigner goes for a closeline but Mila is able to duck it. Mila springs back off the ropes and Reigner goes for a back body drop but "The Black Rose" counters it with a sunset flip and she holds on for a cover!]

[The pin attempt draws Sinister back inside but Reyes slides in right behind him. Sinister is able to land a thundering stomp before Reyes clobbers him from the back with a forearm smash. The two big men scrap back and forth while the ref tries to bring them back to their corners. While the ref is distracted, Mila brings Reigner to his feet and drags his face across the ropes and finishes it off with an eye rake that completely blindsides Noah. The ref finally comes back to the legal action unknowing of the illegal moves. Mila begins chipping away with stiff shoot kicks to the body of Reigner who can't accurately block the shots. Reigner is now hunched over from the pain and Mila quickly runs the ropes and drops him with a running bulldog! Reigner is laid flat and Mila rushes over and tags in Sinister!]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Tag!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - "The Soul Collector" Sinister is now in! Someone help Reigner!
[Sinister steps over the ropes and slowly lurks over to Noah. The painted warrior grabs Reigner by the throat and picks him straight up into the air! Sinister holds him up with one arm for several seconds before finally dropping him straight back down to the canvas! The crash echoes throughout the arena and it draws a chorus of boos from the crowd. Sinister picks the beaten Reigner back up by his hair this time, and rushes over and slams him into the turnbuckle, face first. Sinister begins laying in monstrous upper cuts in succession. Sinister then caps it off with a head butt, and the big man backs up to the center of the ring. "The Soul Collector" charges Reigner and crashes in with a big splash, exhausting any air left in Noah's lungs! As Reigner topples over his feet and down to the mat, Sinister again taunts his opposition and again draws boos from the crowd. The big man stalks his prey and picks Reigner back up to his feet, but in a desperation move, Reigner connects with a jawbreaker, stunning the big man. Reigner rallies and drops Sinister with an STO!]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - ST-NOAH! Reigner is beginning to gain the edge!
[Sinister wallows in pain as Reigner begins to crawl to his corner. The crowd gets behind the Seattle native with each inch he moves. Rumble Reyes has his arm stretched out encouraging his partner, and in one final jolt of adrenaline, Reigner makes the tag!]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - TAG! Rumble Reyes is in!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - Oh Doctor! We're about to see a battle of the Super Heavyweights!
[As Reyes steps in, Sinister swiftly gets to his feet. Both men bull rush each other, but Rumble Reyes makes the first move with a powerful discus lariat, plowing Sinister off of his feet! Camila climbs in and goes for an attack, but Reyes catches her with a massive boot to the face! Reyes lets out a furious roar and the crowd goes wild! Reyes now picks Mila up by the hair and with ease tosses her out to ringside and goes to work on Sinister. As Reyes turns, Sinister is rushing Reyes, however Rumble catches Sinister and drops him with a spinning belly-to-belly suplex! The crowd erupts as Reyes raises back to his feet, springs off the ropes, and comes crashing down with a big splash! Rumble hooks the leg for a cover!]

"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Oh my god! Reyes just dropped Sinister with a Foreshock and followed it up with the Aftershock!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - Reyes just nearly sealed the deal, but somehow Sinister was able to bench press that 350 pound beast off his chest in time! This is madness!
[The pinfall attempt draws both competitors' partner into the ring, and Reigner and Camila begin trading off blows as Reyes and Sinister do the same! The referee is trying to stop the anarchy but it's of no use and he just simply focuses on the legal action.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - This is an epic display of how bad each team want this win, DDT!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - No doubt about it, Dante! These four fighters are simply mauling each other with reckless abandon!
[As Senior Official Bruce O'Neal focuses on Reyes and Sinister, Mila drops Noah Reigner with an unopposed kick to the balls! Reigner instantly drops to the canvas in excruciating pain, and Mila rolls him out to the apron, and gives him one final nudge and Reigner falls to ringside like a carcass. Meanwhile, Reyes continues his top mount strikes, not knowing Mila is behind him. Camila tees off and rocks Rumble square in the temple with a nasty side kick! The referee immediately restrains Camila from furthering the assault and forces her back to her corner. While Camila is kicking a resisting, Sinisyer gets to his feet and brings the Killa from Manilla up with him. In one smooth motion, Sinister lifts the So-Cal big man up on his shoulders in a torture rack position. The crowd begins to rain down boos as he looks on with a blank possessed stare on his face. Suddenly the front row crowd begins to get rowdy and hurdling over the barricades is Dick Devereaux! The Union Battleground Champ slides into the ring and rushes towards Sinister. Before Sinister even knew what was happening, Devereaux spears the Salvation Enforcer!]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Are you kidding me?! Devereaux just flattened Sinister with the Homing Missle!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - And Reyes is lying on top of him! Both men look unconscious!
[Devereaux pops up and sprints to the corner and rocks Camila with a Homing Missle, sending both fighters to the outside and the crowd goes crazy! The referee looks on in confusion but turns back to the legal action to see Reyes on top of Sinister, and the ref drops to make the count and the crowd chants along!]

"The Doctor" Dante Reed - What just happened?!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - Devereaux cost Salvation a shot at the Battalion Titles! Is he insane?!
Mike "Drop" Dempsey - Here is your winner and advancing to the finals of the Battalion Championships Tournament, The Firing Squad!
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - I can't believe it, Dick! The Champ just signed his death certificate!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - I'm wondering though, what does this mean with The Firing Squad? Devereaux and the team, specifically Reigner, have a heated history from So-Cal UltraViolent! Has he made amends?
[A stunned and disoriented Reyes on one knee has his hand held high in victory, as Reigner slowly rolls in to join his partner. The effects from the low blow is still prevalent for Reigner as he isn't able to stand on his own. Devereaux slides in the ring and appears to be helping Reigner up! Noah gets to his feet but is using Devereaux as a crutch and the two begin to walk to Reyes. Suddenly, Devereaux destroys Noah Reigner with a Pipe Bomb! The crowd explodes in a mixture of cheers and boos, then Devereux levels Reyes with a basement drop kick! Dick gets back to his feet, springs off the ropes and lands a running Senton!]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Dick Devereaux has snapped!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - He's taking out everyone! He just dropped the Hand Grenade on Rumble Reyes!
[Devereaux climbs the nearest turnbuckle and unleashes a monstrous roar and beats his chest like a Silverback Gorilla! He then spots Camila Martinez still lying on the concrete outside of the ring, and quickly descends the post and climbs outside. Devereaux approaches Camila and grabs a fistful of Camila's jet black hair. He begins dragging her like the stereotypical cartoon caveman up the ramp and through the entrance curtain!]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Where the hell is he going with Camila?!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - I don't know Dante, but I have a feeling he's about to do to Camila what Nemesis and the rest of Salvationcdid to his mentor Kuk Killswitch!
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - Folks I don't know what to make of this, you have to think Nemesis is at least aware of what is going on, but where is he?
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - I don't know Dante, but not if but when he finds out, we may not have to wait until Coup de Grâce!

[As we return from commercial break, we see the inside of the ring is draped in what looks to be a red velvet carpet. In the center of the ring sets a black table with two chairs on either side of said table. The crowd is roaring with excitement as "Sleepyhead" by Passion Pit is thumping over the PA system. Inside the ring, is the one and only Patrick Kay Anthony. But you can call him PKA. The man has a microphone in hand and he slowly brings it up as his music fades off.]
PKA - Wow! Ladies and Gentlemen, what you just saw was something special. Union Battleground Champion Dick Devereaux just cleaned house! Which, if you want to see more of that, you can be sure to check out the Warped Reunion Show! Oh, wait... No, no, no... That's not a cheap plug or anything like that. I was just stating the fact that you could see Devereaux, along with Trench War Champion Emery Layton, Anton Chase, and more at the Warped Reunion Show! But you can also see two guys there that you're about to see right now. When I came out here during the last show, I mentioned how these two men's bitter rivalry has captivated me, and I admit I wanted in on that action. So as their former employer, Mr. Graves and I discussed and agreed that I should be the special guest referee, or guest enforcer, in a match between Warped Legends Crowbar and Malcolm Dred-King!
[The crowd erupts into cheers and a "This is Warped" chant slowly begins to build up.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - No doubt, two legends in the business!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - It's come to PKA overlooking this match, but dammit we will see it one way or another!
PKA - And also, we agreed that this match should be a Warped classic; an FnX Match! So before I bore you all to death, allow me to introduce to you all, the competitors of this match!

"MUSTANG NISMO" BY BRIAN TYLER FT. SLASH BEGINS TO PLAY

[The lights go out as "Mustang Nismo" kicks in, red and white lights flashing to the beat. Crowbar walks out onto the stage as the whole place is bathed in red light, a spotlight only on Crowbar. He slowly walks down the ring eyeing off the fans with disdain, before walking up the steps and getting into the ring. He heads over to the corner of the ring and jumps up, sitting on the top turnbuckle. He stares off to PKA who somewhat blew him off during their last encounter. As Crowbar's music begins to die down, he brings his mic up to speak. However...]
♫ WITH VICE I HOLD THE MIC DEVICE,
WITH FORCE I KEEP IT AWAY OF COURSE... ♫
[The lights dim down and a single spotlight hits the main stage. A thunderous explosion of fireworks rocks the arena and "Prophets of Rage" by Public Enemy begins to play. Malcolm Dred-King emerges from the backstage and the crowd roars in cheers as MDK takes a moment to look on throughout the crowd. Dred-King does a quick pose, flexing his guns and then sprints down the ramp. He tags a few stretched out hands as he makes his way to ringside. He keeps his tempo as he slides into the ring, and runs the ropes a couple of times. He stops in the center of the ring, looks out into the crowd once more, and raises his arms. MDK walks over to PKA and extends his hand, and the Warped founder accepts his respectful gesture. MDK's music dies down as he and Crowbar now stand at either side of the table, neither taking their eyes off one another. PKA breaks the ice.]
PKA - So... Here we are. It's been a while since we've all been in the same ring, hell even in the same state or country! Although I am the third wheel in this affair, make no mistake about it; my job here is to ensure the wheels keep on turning until Coup de Grâce where you two will finally settle the score! We've all sat and watched as backstage ambushes from "Battle of Los Angeles" turned into parking lot assaults at "Fallout", which in turn led to the ringside interference and subsequent elimination at "Guerrilla Warfare". So that's where we stand today. Now, again my job is to make sure you two don't take one another out and waste the opportunity on a big money fight at Coup de Grâce. So what I have laid out here on this table is a combat contract that essentially states that you two will stay away from each other until your FnX Match at the season finale. So, what do you say fellas, we got a deal?!
[At this point, the crowd is deafening with a "This is Warped" chant. Still, Crowbar and MDK don't move a muscle and continue their death stares. Finally, MDK breaks the tension and grabs the pen from PKA and signs on the dotted line. Malcolm reaches out and drops the pen on the table, waiting for Crowbar to sign. Crowbar begins to reach for the pen, then quickly changes direction and sucker punches MDK square between the eyes! MDK stumbles back as Crowbar jumps over the table and tackles MDK to the ground! Crowbar mounts MDK, but MDK quickly bridges out of it and now has a top mount on Crowbar and he begins to drop some hammer fists! Before things get too chaotic, PKA pulls MDK off of Crowbar and gives his best attempt at restraining the big man. MDK finally eases up and takes the high road, allowing Crowbar to get to his feet. But then in another snap decision, Crowbar throws a Superkick , but MDK dodges it, and instead plants PKA with the kick!]
[Security engulfs the ring and separates Crowbar and MDK. PKA is slow to get to his feet, but as he does, the look of confusion and angst plasters his face. MDK now is being escorted to ringside, while PKA and Crowbar still stand in the ring. Crowbar shows obvious signs of regret as his lips can be read of him continuously apologizing. PKA grows aggravated and shouts at Crowbar to "Sign the damn papers!" Crowbar obliques and the crowd erupts once more in a "This is Warped" chant.]
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - We have a deal! We have a match!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - And not just any match, but a classic FnX match!
"The Doctor" Dante Reed - This is a match that's been the better part of 8 months in the making, and we will finally see it come Coup de Grâce!
"Diamond" Dick Thrasher - At least we hope so!

Mike “Drop” Dempsey - Introducing first, the challenger! From Tel Aviv, Israel, standing 6'4" and weighing in at 220 pounds, Xion Ben-Judah!
[All the lights in the arena collapse into darkness and the violin rock intro to Skillet’s hit “Not Gonna Die” begins to echo throughout, much to the approval of the resident crowd. A spotlight shines on the entrance stage and Xion Ben-Judah stands in the middle of it, dressed in black and white including a matching sleeveless coat. He outstretches his arms and looks up into the unknown as the first lyrics of his chosen theme song echo in the arena.]

[Xion looks stoically ahead as he begins his journey to the ring with the spotlight following above him. When Xion reaches the ring, he slides under the bottom rope, smoothly pops up to his feet, and heads to the center of the ring. There, again, he outstretches his arms and looks up to the heavens as the arena lights return. He then removes his coat and paces around waiting for the match to begin.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – XBJ has been on an absolute tear since arriving in the Battleground, earning this shot at the Trench War Championship by defeating Kimitsu Zombie!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – And this time he’s got a different kind of crazy broad to deal with…an oblivious Irish chick who takes a kayak ride in the Lincoln Memorial pool!
Mike “Drop” Dempsey – And, his opponent. From anywhere and everywhere, representing the XWA, she is the reigning, defending, Union Battleground Trench War Champion, "The Worst of the Pavees" Emery Layton!

[As the opening drums of The Feud's rendition of Kate Bush classic "Running Up That Hill" hit the PA system, excitement hits the air. The song explodes to life and the Worst of the Pavees herself- wearing her leather jacket and beanie over her gear- emerges from behind the curtain, clearly impressed with the amount of people have turned out. She's holding her arms out as she struts down the ramp and swaying her head to the beat of her entrance theme, her eyes closed. She's lost in the moment, there's nowhere else she'd rather be right now.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – This should be an amazing championship match folks as Emery Layton has not lost in singles competition since the Union Battleground Championship tournament and Xion Ben-Judah is yet to taste defeat here in the Battleground!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – Well there’s a first time for everything and for the sake of XBJ’s manhood, let’s hope that first time isn’t in the biggest match of his career against a woman!
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Come on Dick! There’s no shame in losing to such a renowned competitor like Emery Layton!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – Yeah…if you’re a broad!
[Once she reaches the bottom of the ramp, she pulls her beanie off and thrusts it into her pocket as she skates up the steel steps and climbs the turnbuckle. As the fans cheer, it's quite obviously not loud enough for her, as she lifts her arms up, indicating for them to get louder. Once the eccentric Irish traveler has spent enough time up there, Emery leaps down from the top rope and into the ring, transitioning from that into probably the most graceful, crisp forward-roll you've ever seen. Once she's in there, she runs to the rope right behind her bouncing off it as she drops to her knees and skids forwards, as all the lights drop except a single spotlight on her and the lights from cell phone cameras as her upper body falls backwards. After a few moments of just simply listening to the cheers, she flips onto her front and crawls into her corner, removing her jacket and dumping the battered old thing to the outside as she sits down, legs flat out, waiting for the match to begin.]
[As both competitors get settled in, Bruce O’Neal signals for the bell]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Here we go! The Trench War Title IS on the line!
[Emery starts off by mockingly sizing XBJ up while he stands there unimpressed. XBJ goes in for a grapple but Layton ducks it and swings around behind him, wrapping her arms around his waist. Layton attempts what looks to be a German Suplex but barely gets XBJ’s frame up off of his feet. He immediately uses his arms to strike down and break her grip, XBJ then holds onto Layton’s right arm, turns around and short arm lariats Layton, lifting her off her feet, spinning around and landing on her stomach due to the force of the clothesline.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – My God! Xion Ben-Judah just took the Trench War Champion right out of her boots with that clothesline!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – If we thought this guy was serious and intense before, should we be this surprised that he’s added taking no mercy to his repertoire when gold is on the line Dante?
[XBJ wastes no time by grabbing Layton by the waist, deadlifting her up and delivering on Layton, the German Suplex she tried earlier which sends her flying back and crashing on her neck with quite the thud. XBJ follows up with a quick cover as O’Neal gets in position for the count.]

“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Too early for that pin attempt but after how Layton landed on her neck, you can’t blame Xion for attempting the fall!
[XBJ gets to his feet, bringing Layton with him. He then proceeds to irish whip Layton into the ropes. Layton bounces off and somehow manages to gather herself enough to roll under an attempted dropkick by XBJ. XBJ crashes down hard but quickly gets up and as he does, Layton charges and lands a front dropkick that sends XBKJ stumbling back into the corner. Again, Layton quickly gets back up to her feet, runs as hard as she can and flies into the corner with a variation of a corner body splash but XBJ catches her.]
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – He’s too big and strong for Emery who I would assume usually likes that kind of thing!
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – The Champ could be in a bad way here!
[XBJ begins to walk out of the corner with Emery Layton still being held across his body. XBJ swings Layton onto his back, while tucking her head under his left arm and then drops her to the mat for a huge over the shoulder belly-to-back piledriver. With Layton flat on her back after the move, XBJ leans back for yet another pin attempt laying his back across her chest as Bruce O’Neal makes the count.]

“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Xion Ben-Judah didn’t firmly pin down Emery’s shoulders allowing her to kick out at two!
[XBJ rises back to his feet, leaving Emery down who is just starting to stir with movement. XBJ bends forward, as if anticipating Layton getting to her feet.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Xion maybe setting Layton up here for the Golgotha!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – She looks totally out of it Dante!
[Layton finally gets to her feet and XBJ moves in for the kill but almost as if it’s a natural reaction, Layton starts to throw stiff right and left kicks to the side of XBJ’s legs who doesn’t seem all to phased. Finally, XBJ grabs Layton’s right leg on a kick attempt but Emery uses her quick thinking to use her left leg to Enziguri Xion Ben-Judah right to the side of the head causing him to let go and stagger back, still not falling down.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – I don’t believe Emery has been able to even take Xion to the mat yet!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – Maybe Emery prefers to be on her back more with a guy like XBJ?
[Layton is up, takes a look at the dazed Xion Ben-Judah, bounces herself off of the ropes and comes with a front dropkick to the knee of XBJ bringing him down onto one knee. Layton doesn’t hesitate; she hops over the ropes, landing on the apron, jumps up, springboards and comes down on XBJ’s face with a vicious springboard dropkick that lays XBJ out on the mat.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – She got him down finally!
[Layton, with XBJ still down, quickly hurries over to the turnbuckle and begins climbing it.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – What is Emery thinking about here?
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – She rarely goes up top Dante unless it’s for her finisher, she must be desperate!
[Layton waits and as soon as XBJ gets up and turns around, Layton flies off of the top rope, stretching out her body with camera’s flashing all over, attempting a flying crossbody but once again, XBJ manages to use his strength and catch Layton’s body in midair.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – What strength from the challenger!
[XBJ now uses his might to adjust Emery and lift her up onto his shoulders in a powerbomb position. XBJ then strust around the ring, stops dead in the middle and powerbombs Layton as hard as he can to the mat but holds onto her tights, deadlifts her back up onto his shoulders and powerbombs her for a second time, followed up by him once again deadlifting her up and then this time, using all of his force to throw her down to the mat while releasing his grip on her tights to complete the trifecta. XBj drops his body across Layton’s, hooking the leg as once again Bruce O’Neal makes the count.]

[XBJ, looking a bit frustrated, waits a moment before picking Layton up, resting his hands on his hips while he remains on his knees after the failed pin attempt. XBJ begins getting up and bends over to grab Layton when she small packages Xion out of nowhere causing Bruce O’Neal to quickly get into position to make the count.]

“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Layton tried to pull a fast one over on Xion Ben-Judah with the small package but XBJ manages to kick out.
[XBJ looks upset about the quick pinfall attempt, so he lays in a few stomps on Layton who is still worn out even if she just rolled up XBJ. Xion brings Layton up to her feet but out of desperation she manages to gouge him in the eyes, she then grabs his head, jumps up and attempts to bring her momentum down to drop XBJ into a DDT but once again he uses his power where she is elevated and tosses her off of his shoulders with Layton landing on the second turnbuckle.]
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher – He’s just overpowering her constantly Dante!
“The Doctor” Dante Reed – Xion definitely has the size advantage but never count out Emery Layton, she is a resilient as they come!
[As XBJ has his back to Emery who has now ascended to the top rope, he continues to check his eyes from the gouge. After dabbing his eyes a bit, XBJ turns around unsuspectingly to Emery Layton who has now jumped off the top rope and is coming right for him. Emery manages to wrap her arms around XBJ’s neck and drops him to the mat with a thunderous Top Rope Cutter.]

[With XBJ down Layton scurries over to his body, rolls him over and covers with Bruce O’Neal in position for the count.]

“The Doctor” Dante Reed: Apparently there is a disturbance going on outside of the arena that we have to cut to folks!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher: What the hell could it be Dante??
[We quickly cut to outside of the D.C. Armory where we see Dick Devereaux standing tall with Mila slumped by his feet and his signature bat wrapped in barbed-wire. A crowd has gathered around him snapping away pictures and selfies in front of the two.]
“The Butcher” Dick Devereaux: NEMESIS!!!!!!! GET YOUR FUCKIN’ ASS OUT HERE OR I’LL BASH HER FUCKIN’ BRAINS ALL OVER THE PAVEMENT!
[The crowd begins looking around them, anticipating Nemesis’ arrival causing quite the commotion.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed: Devereaux is calling out the challenger!
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher: Is he using Mila as bait??
[Suddenly, smoke begins to emerge, almost out of thin air not too far from Devereaux causing the crowd to widen their circle to stay away from it. A dark figure emerges from the thick, white smoke steeping forward to reveal himself as Nemesis. Before Nemesis can even step forward, Devereaux cuts him off with a swing of the bat that Nemesis dodges, followed by a second that Nemesis side steps but Devereaux fakes the third attempt causing Nemesis to show his tell and then Dick Devereaux bludgeons Nemesis in the stomach causing him to keel over forward. Devereaux then winds back and comes down on Nemesis back hard with the barbed-wire bat cause Nemesis to grimace loudly in pain and fall to the pavement.]
“The Doctor” Dante Reed: Dick Devereaux is laying into Nemesis with that bat! We’ve never seen Nemesis look vulnerable like this before!
[Devereaux pulls the bat back over his head but before he can bring it back down Mila grabs it from just above his hands, pulls it away causing Devereaux to turn around in confusion and swings wildly which Devereaux easily avoids. As Mila turns around from her wild attempt, Devereaux nails her with a massive Homing Missile, sending Mila crashing to pavement and the bat flying off into the crowd. Devereaux takes in the damage he’s just done and turns back around to finish off Nemesis who is now back to his feet and waiting for Devereaux.]
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher: How is that THING even standing!?!
[Devereaux comes right in and both start exchanging vicious rights and lefts, neither one blocking or giving in until after about a dozen, Devereaux drops low and kicks out the left knee of Nemesis bringing him down to staying up on just his right. Devereaux now begins to land right and lefts in succession and as fast as he can while screaming to the skies as the fans chant his rage on.]
BATTLEGROUND! BATTLEGROUND! BATTLEGROUND!
[Blood has now begun to slowly exit the mouth of Nemesis after all of those rights and lefts were dead on with his jaw but in the middle of Devereaux’s continued rage, he is grabbed by a large group of officials being led outside by Union Battleground Owner and Promoter Axel Graves.]
Axel Graves: Enough! Get him out of here! Save it for Coup De Grace Dick!
[As the officials pull Devereaux back into the arena as he continues trying to fight them off, Nemesis is on both knees, looking down but slowly creeps his head up with an eerie smile on his face as he wipes the blood from his mouth.]
Nemesis: I look forward to our next meeting Richard…
[Nemesis continues smiling as if egging Devereaux on further who now struggles against the officials even harder.]
Dick Devereaux: YOU’RE FUCKIN’ DEAD AT COUPE DE GRACE YOU FREAKSHOW!
[Police now arrive and assist the referees in escorting Dick Devereaux into the arena, while a few stay back to ensure that Nemesis remains where he is as he is now sitting on the pavement with the bloodied smile still painted across his face from the beating Devereaux just handed him.]
“Diamond” Dick Thrasher: This sick fuck enjoyed Devereaux kicking his ass!
“The Doctor” Dante Reed: He certainly has caused the Champ to lose control and who can blame Devereaux at this point? Either way, folks we have to go, see you at Coup De Grace! Have a good night everyone!
